Here is your assignment for the Winter Break.
1. Continue to keep pace with the readings. Remember, 5 pages a night! Based on that pace, we need to be up to Chapter 12 in the review book by January 5th (when we return from Break!). In order to help you with this, I will be posting notes shortly, I promise!
2. Complete the War of 1812 WebQuest. Here's what you do:
- CLICK HERE to access the project website. All of the other information will be contained here as well. As you scroll down, you will see links for videos, etc. related to each part of the project.
- CLICK HERE. Download, and PRINT the file.
- CLICK HEREfor the slideshow related to this project. Use the slides to answer the questions
- Using the slides, and information that you found here answer the questions related to each slide.
- Bring your completed work to class with you and return on January 5th.

when you say "up to chapter 12" u mean we have to end chapter 11, and be redy to start 12, or we have to DO 12?

on the stay on pace blog post you say to be up to 241, but here you say we need to be up to chapter 12....so do we do chapter 12 or not??

I'm going to assume others may be experiencing similar problems like Donna, so here's what to do...
1. Go the 1st link in the assignment.
2. When you see the link for "2008 War of 1812," RIGHT CLICK on it.
3. Select "save link as."
4. You should be able to save the file to your computer.
5. In the event that doesn't work, I've posted the file on Google Docs. This should work.

i still cant get it- after i saved it i went to open it and my internet just shuts down the google docs wont work either
MR TESLER!!! im having os much trouble with hthis homework, i cant find the answers to #18, 19, 20, 23, and 26, because they are asking about specific slides and they dont match up wwith the slideshow

Take a look at the number of the slide that's actually ON the slide...I think what's throwing you off is the number on the google docs may not be matching up.
For question 18, you have to look at slides 18 and 19. 18 is a grey slide, and 19 is yellow.
For Question 20, you'll be looking for a purple slide (slide 21)
Question 23 deals with the slide with the map.
Question 26's slide is #24, that's the one with the headline June 18, 1812.
