1.  What reasons might explain why Britain sought tighter control, and heavier taxation of its North American Colonies after 1763, and why did these polices produce such a strong reaction from the colonies?  
2. What were the major events that shaped colonial resistance to taxation?  What were the methods of protests used by the colonists, and how did Britain respond to them?  

TUESDAY NIGHT
