Here are your assignments for the week of 4/1/2012. Unless stated otherwise, Homework is due by the next class meeting. Please note that effective 1/31/2012, all homework must have a parent's signature, in order for you to receive credit. Additionally, it is advised that APUSH is a COLLEGE-LEVELcourse. Therefore, there is an expectation that students will prepare, and behave accordingly.

Monday Night: Based on the DBQ exercise we finished in class...
Complete a ROUGH DRAFT of your DBQ essay.
Tuesday Night: Revise your 1st draft, and prepare a second draft.
Wednesday Night: Revise your 2nd draft, complete a FINAL DRAFT for Thursday. Listed below are the requirements for the DBQ Essay.
1. TYPED and COMPUTER PRINTED, or EMAILED, via GOOGLE DOCS. DOCUMENTS PASTED TO AN EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL ESSAYS MUST HAVE PARENTAL SIGNATURE! If you are emailing, please have your parents email me from their email address, indicating that they have gone over the essay with you. NO PARENT SIGNATURE = NO GRADE, PERIOD!
2. PRINTED, OR DIGITAL COPY OF RUBRIC. NO RUBRIC = 1/2 grade point reduction (A becomes a B+, C becomes a C-).
3. COPY OF DBQ WITH ALL QUESTIONS COMPLETED. NO DBQ's=1/2 grade point grade reduction.
4. DRAFTS, SHOWING EVIDENCE OF REVISION. No drafts=1/2 grade point reduction.
5. Stapled, paper clipped, or binder clipped- NO STAPLE, PAPER or BINDER CLIP =1/2 grade point reduction.
