APUSH HW Week of 2/28

Hello, APUSHers:

Here are your assignments for the week of 2/28/2011.

There will TWO major assessment pieces due this week.

1. Progressive Webquest! Due Monday March 7! We may, or may not have time in the pub lab this week to work on this assignment. Therefore, it is YOUR responsibility to work on this assignment at home! "Technical Issues" will not be accepted as an excuse for not handing in your assignment timely. CLICK HERE FOR THE LINKS TO THE RESOURCES THAT YOU NEED!

2. Please note that we will be having a QUIZ this Friday on Chapter 28 (Progressivism - Chapter 29 in the 12th Edition). Quiz will be individual.

MONDAY NIGHT:
1. Complete the following lecture assignments:
Lectures are due on TUESDAY

2. Begin working on the webquest.

The Progressive Movement
Our guest this week, Michael McGerr, has written a book on what many historians believe is the greatest reform movement in American history--the Progressive Movement. President Theodore Roosevelt referred to the time as a period of "fierce discontent with evil." McGerr is interviewed by Talking History’s Jim Madison. Airdate: March 1, 2004.
PODCAST IS DUE WEDNESDAY!!!
2. Continue working on the Progressive Quest that we started in class.

Review for the Chapter 28 Quiz (Chapter 29 in the 12th Edition)
Begin reading Chapter 29 (Chapter 30 in the 12th Edition)

Friday:
1. Finish the WebQuest for MONDAY
2. Complete Chapter 29 (Chapter 30 in the 12th Edition). GRQ's and Chapter ID's for TUESDAY MARCH 8th
