Here are your assignments for the week of 1/9
BIG EXAM! Tuesday 1/17
100 Questions - 50 Terms/50 Multiple Choice
All questions will come from the Workbook packets, and pertain to ch. 17-21
As far as this week's assignments, there are three jobs that you must complete.
1. FINISH all chapter GRQ's and ID's (Ch. 17-21) by THURSDAY! We will be working on these exercises in the first period of classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This may require you to do some outside work, at home, but EACH person must complete ALL of the GRQ's and ID's from the five chapters.
2. Complete the DBQ and ESSAY on Western Expansion by FRIDAY (portfolio assessment piece). We will be working our way through this assignment during 8th period classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. CLICK HERE FOR THE DBQ! Please print it out, and bring it to class tomorrow, Tuesday January 10th, 2012.
3. Study for your BIG EXAM!

While it is not required, it is suggested that you print out the chapter, corresponding to your team assignment.

Team 2 - Chapter 18 - Nicole, Zack, Peter, Tina, Harvind, Michelle, Alice
Team 3 - Chapter 19 - Samantha, Adva, Mohammed K., Brenda, Amada, TK, Chris
Team 4 - Chapter 20 - Susan, Petros, Mohammed R., Laina, Emily, Lauren, Kamani
Team 5 - Chapter 21 - Caroline, Raj, Kiana, Da Hae, Kaitlyn, Jasmine, Markella
2. Print out the GRQ's for your team's chapter. This is a REQUIREMENT for the team assignment. No exceptions. EVERYONE must have a copy. If your printer isn't working, get someone to print it for you. You must bring it to class with you for Thursday's class. Groups will be penalized if all team members do not have their materials!
